Hello, Backers,

Thank you for your patience again. I love that the Shipping has begun! I love it. 

I am in 60s. I hate to admit it that I am slow- slow in processing the excel spreadsheets and slow in printing these shipping labels to go along with Aunt Genie's Dishcloths. 

However, I am a fast learner.  When I am dropping balls here and there, I am asking for help from my friends or anyone left and right. I am just super happy to go through this process, myself, without much of help of anybody- such as agencies and all.

Out of 40 some countries, today, I was able to ship 15 countries - more to come. But some countries like Ukraine, NZ, AU are not open to send due to COVID lock-down. Can't believe this non-sense, but I escalated the situation to the general manager of the local post office to look for a better solution for me.

So... that's that! I can't wait till I hear your experiences with these dishclothes...!

Oh, don't forget to fill out the Backerkit surveys, if you still haven't done it.

We have 75% of completion rate and it's amazing!!! (587/784) We are trying to ship everything out on March 22nd, 2022. The date is rock solid and it's set! We hope you guys can receive the parcels by the mid April.

It is important that when you receive the BackerKit survey, you get it back to us as quickly as you can. Our ability to fulfill your pledge depends on receiving this information.

You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! If you want to go back to review your info, just click on the link that will be provided in the survey email.

If you prefer, you can message us your info, but we STRONGLY SUGGEST completing the BackerKit survey as this will help us streamline all information and make the shipping process SEAMLESS! Hello, Backers!

Sorry for the belated update for Aunt Genie's dishcloths.

My english and tech skills are not so good, so I am getting help from my cousin from time to time. That's why I cannot make a periodic update, but I am reading all your comments here (Thx to google chrome). Some hurt! But I am putting my head down and doing my best to fulfill these Kickstarter orders ASAP!

We have some great news, production is complete!  With the factory having been closed down from December to early February, our manufacturing partner has done an incredible job expediting the production of these dishcloths!  Love to share some photos here. This is a part of a scrubber that actually scrubs! My lady is simply sewing it to the main body of the dishcloth.

I, personally have gone through the QC test and everything is looking good.  We plan to ship the products form South Korea in about two weeks.  So here is the latest plan.  For orders who's allowed to ship via Korean National Postal Services, we have actually processed and packaged all of the individual orders in Korea.  Then, it will take a few weeks to get across the ocean and delivered to you.  Here is a picture for the packaging that we will be sending out!

All that being said, we need you to fill out a BACKERKIT survey for your shipping information. We just finished the "smoke test" to 40 backers by BackerKit. Now, it's slowly propagated to all backers.  I would be super happy if you could all fill them out! I am ready to send these babies outttttt! Please check your inbox!

Oh! If you would like to add another set of dishcloths, just simply click the "add to cart" button as seen in the diagram. :) It will be the cheapest prices that we will ever offer. 

We are excited to be back in motion and to get these dishcloths to you soon.  We deeply appreciate your patience and support.  As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to us via comment here. Unfortunately, a few international orders will be taking an extra month or two to get the set. Some countries are still impacted by the COVID. I will checking the shipping availability every week to get ourselves updated.

Hello,

This is Aunt Genie! Thanks for your patience and Sorry for all the wait.  Since the successful Kickstarter campaign, I have been very busy with a few thins:

• As a first timer, Kickstarter is kinda tough.  I am still getting used to the system. At first, I was shocked at how I did not get the shipping address from you, the backers... simply because I knew Indiegogo always comes with the address. For this matter, I am talking to a consultant and a Backerkit agent to see which is the best way for me to approach this problem - Backerkit survey system or Kickstarter native system
• As a manufacturer, I am doing awesome! I got supplies in line. My warehouse is full of bamboo, bamboo, and bamboo. We will start sewing next week and finish production in the same week. Hopefully, we can start shipping in the soonest days. We are thinking early February - a few days after the Chinese New Year.

We will be sharing some details soon....! Keep you updated for sure!
